HOW DO I REGISTER?
Please click the Login button in the top right corner of any page on the website to begin the registration process. You will be brought to a Login screen. Please click on the” register here” link where you will need to provide some basic information. You will receive a confirmation email from Easy care to the email address that you provide. The registration process is not complete until you click the activation link in the email.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT DO I DO?
First, please check that a confirmation email from our email address did not land in your junk mail or spam folder. If you still did not receive a confirmation email, you may have mistyped
WHO ARE THE HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS?
Our team of healthcare providers includes nurses, health promoters, mental health counsellors, outreach workers, dietitians, client resource workers and physicians. As well, we can provide access to psychiatric services. Chiropractic and Naturopathic services are provided by our on-site partners.
DO I NEED TO BRING MY OHIP CARD?
If you have a valid OHIP card, it is important to bring it with you. However, if you do not have an OHIP card, you can still receive Easy care services free of charge. Our client resource workers can help you to get an OHIP card if you are eligible.

We offer a wide variety of programs and services to help you access community resources, care for your children and family, cope with trauma, address lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans health issues, and obtain much needed health support.
